RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS – Please confirm you reservation by signing the agreement and mailing back the form with your payment.  The balance will be due 60 days prior to your check in date. If Balance not paid by due date the unit may be rented out to someone else and a $150 administration fee will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT – Tenant is responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or long distance telephone calls, smoking in the unit.  It is the tenant’s responsibility to report any damages or maintenance needed to the property after arrival.  If charges are necessary, an itemized list will be sent with the balance of the security deposit or a request for payment if the deposit is insufficient within 30 days of departure.

REFUNDS – Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund due to mechanical failure, unforeseeable weather, mandatory evacuation or disruption of utility service

CANCELLATIONS – In order to cancel a confirmed reservation and receive part of the deposit back, the property must be re-rented to a new tenant.  All cancellations to confirmed reservations will be charged a $150.00 administration fee.  Cancellations MUST be called in and followed up in writing.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT – Check-in begins no earlier than 3:00 p.m.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
